Listen, I love a fancy dessert, but sometimes I just want something quick, easy, and that’s where my grilled peaches come in. Once off the grill, I top them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, maybe a sprig of mint or a handful of chopped walnuts and just like that dessert is done. They’re quick, flavorful and always a hit.

Ingredient Breakdown
- Brown sugar – Adds deep, caramel-like sweetness that complements the peaches beautifully.
- Cinnamon – Adds warmth and spice to balance the sweetness.
- Butter – Helps the cinnamon sugar stick and enhances the caramelization on the grill.
- Peaches – Juicy, ripe peaches hold up well on the grill and taste incredible when charred. Look for ones that are slightly firm to the touch.
What toppings go well with grilled peaches?
Vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, honey drizzle, mint, chopped nuts, or even a dollop of mascarpone or Greek yogurt.
Faqs for this recipe
Yes! Use a grill pan or a hot cast iron skillet on the stove for a similar effect.
Use ripe but firm peaches. If they’re too soft, they’ll fall apart on the grill.
They’re best served fresh off the grill, but you can prep the cinnamon sugar mix and pit the peaches ahead of time.

Grilled Peaches
Ingredients

- 4 peaches, pitted & sliced in half
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Heat your grill to medium high.
- Brush the flesh sides of the peaches with melted butter and sprinkle with some of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Grill flesh side down for about 5 minutes, until grill marks form. Flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, until the peaches are juicy and soft.
- Remove and serve with your toppings of choice. I like to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and maybe some mint. Walnuts are a great topping as well.
- Eat and enjoy!
