Grilled Peaches

These grilled peaches with cinnamon sugar and a scoop of ice cream are the perfect summer dessert! They're juicy, sweet and ready in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter unsalted, melted
  • 4 peaches pitted & sliced in half

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl mixed.
  • Heat your grill to medium high.
  • Brush the flesh sides of the peaches with melted butter and sprinkle with some of the cinnamon sugar mixture.

  • Grill flesh side down for about 5 minutes, until grill marks form. Flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, until the peaches are juicy and soft.

  • Remove and serve with your toppings of choice. I like to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and maybe some mint. Walnuts are a great topping as well.
