Grilled Peaches
These grilled peaches with cinnamon sugar and a scoop of ice cream are the perfect summer dessert! They're juicy, sweet and ready in under 10 minutes.

- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter unsalted, melted
- 4 peaches pitted & sliced in half
In a small bowl combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Heat your grill to medium high.
Brush the flesh sides of the peaches with melted butter and sprinkle with some of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Grill flesh side down for about 5 minutes, until grill marks form. Flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, until the peaches are juicy and soft.
Remove and serve with your toppings of choice. I like to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and maybe some mint. Walnuts are a great topping as well.
