Ingredients for air fryer s’mores

What I love the most is there’s only 3 ingredients needed for this recipe.

Large marshmallows: The marshmallows puff up and get that perfect golden, toasted look, just like over the campfire.

Dark chocolate Hershey’s bar: Rich and decadent, the dark chocolate melts into a silky layer at the bottom of the dish.

Graham crackers: Use them to scoop up all that gooey goodness.

How to make air fryer s’mores dip

In an oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer, layer pieces of the dark chocolate bar on the bottom. Add large marshmallows on top, leaving some space for them to expand.

Air fry at 375°F for 5-6 minutes, checking halfway to avoid burning.

Once the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is melted, carefully remove the dish. Serve with graham crackers for dipping and enjoy!

Commonly asked questions

Can I use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate?

Yes! If you prefer the classic s’mores flavor, go ahead and swap the dark chocolate for milk chocolate. It’ll melt just as perfectly and taste just as amazing. You can also use chocolate morsels/chips!

What if I don’t have an air fryer?

No worries! You can bake this in the oven at 375°F for about 8-10 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasted and the chocolate is melted.

What other dippers can I use besides graham crackers?

You can dip with anything you love! Try pretzels, apple slices, or even cookies for a fun twist.

Air fryer s'mores dip with melted marshmallows and chocolate, served with graham crackers

Air Fryer S’mores Dip

By August DeWindt
Quick and easy air fryer s'mores dip with gooey marshmallows and melted chocolate, perfect for dipping with graham crackers.
Prep: 4 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 Large Marshmallows
  • 1/2 Dark chocolate hershey’s bar
  • 8 Graham crackers

Instructions

  • Get an oven safe dish that will fit in your air fryer. I used a 1 quart dish to keep this a small portion.
  • Break off pieces of the chocolate bar to fit on the bottom of the dish. I used about 8 pieces. It’s ok if they don’t cover the entire bottom because the chocolate will spread when melted, so a little space is fine.
  • Place marshmallows on top. Just like the chocolate, you want to have some space between the marshmallows as they will expand while cooking.
  • Place in the air fryer and air fry for 5-6 minutes on 375. I like to check halfway through because they can burn quickly! It’s also great to check because every air fryer cooks differently.
  • Take it out from the air fryer carefully because the dish will be hot. Scoop up with graham crackers. Eat and enjoy!
