- Heat oil over medium high heat in a large frying pan or pot, the oil should be at least 2 inches deep. If you have an oil safe thermometer, it should read 375 degrees when ready.
- Fry the wings for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and golden.
- While the wings fry, mix together the hot honey sauce ingredients.
- When the wigs are finished, toss with the hot honey sauce to coat.
- Serve, eat and enjoy!
