Ingredients 

  • 8 oz brie
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp truffle oil, optional
  • ¼ c walnuts, chopped
  • ½ tsp rosemary, chopped

Instructions 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the brie in a mini cast iron skillet, baking dish or baking tray.
  • Mix the honey and truffle oil together. Top the brie with half of the honey mixture, then the walnuts and rosemary. Drizzle the remaining honey mixture on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with crackers or crostini. I love using cranberry sauce as a topping as well.
