Baked Brie with Honey
This baked fried with homey and walnuts recipe is a simple and elegant appetizer. Toped with honey and rosemary for extra holiday flair.

- 8 oz brie
- 4 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp truffle oil optional
- ¼ c walnuts chopped
- ½ tsp rosemary chopped
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the brie in a mini cast iron skillet, baking dish or baking tray.
Mix the honey and truffle oil together. Top the brie with half of the honey mixture, then the walnuts and rosemary. Drizzle the remaining honey mixture on top.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Serve with crackers or crostini. I love using cranberry sauce as a topping as well.
