These air fryer green beans are what I make when I want something healthy but still full of flavor. They come out tender with a little snap, coated in garlic, ginger, and just enough heat. Seven minutes in the air fryer and you’ve got a vegetable side that’s quick, easy and delicious.

- Garlic Powder – Brings savory depth to every bite.
- Fresh Minced Garlic – Adds bold, aromatic flavor.
- Salt & Pepper – Balance and enhance the natural flavor of the beans.
- Ginger Paste – Adds warmth and a slight zing that brightens everything up.
What should I serve air fryer green beans with?
These green beans go great with so many dishes. They pair perfectly with honey garlic chicken, bang bang salmon, garlic butter steak bites, or even alongside rice bowls.

Commonly Asked Questions
Absolutely. The ginger adds warmth, but the garlic and pepper flakes carry the flavor just fine on their own. Add some lemon at the end for an extra zing.
Pop them back in the air fryer at 375°F for 2–3 minutes to revive the texture.
Try not to overcrowd the basket too much. If you shake halfway through, the green beans will bee cooked evenly.

- ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder

- Wash the green beans and trim off ends if needed. I like to buy them in a bag pre-trimmed to avoid this haha.
- Preheat the airfryer to 400 degrees.
- Place the green beans in a bowl and add all of the ingredients. Toss to combine to really coat each green bean. Sometimes I’ll massage the ingredients in as well.
