How to make gochujang brussel sprouts
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread them in a baking dish and roast for 30 minutes.

- 2 tbsp honey , or maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic powder.
- Add brussel sprouts to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl combine honey, vinegar and gochujang.
- Pour over the brussel sprouts and kind of shake a bit.
- Place back in the oven for one minute.
- Serve with your favorite main dish, eat and enjoy!
