Gochujang Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Spicy, sweet and tangy brussel sprouts with a Korean twist.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz brussel sprouts shaved or halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsps gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic powder.
  • Add brussel sprouts to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • In a small bowl combine honey, vinegar and gochujang.
  • Pour over the brussel sprouts and kind of shake a bit.
  • Place back in the oven for one minute.
  • Serve with your favorite main dish, eat and enjoy!
