Gochujang Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Spicy, sweet and tangy brussel sprouts with a Korean twist.

- 12 oz brussel sprouts shaved or halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- 3 tbsps gochujang
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic powder.
Add brussel sprouts to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl combine honey, vinegar and gochujang.
Pour over the brussel sprouts and kind of shake a bit.
Place back in the oven for one minute.
Serve with your favorite main dish, eat and enjoy!
