Air fryer steak bites are what I make when I want steak without worrying about the smoke alarm going off. The pieces cook fast, get browned around the edges, and soak up all that garlic butter in minutes. It’s simple, juicy, and exactly the kind of low effort dinner that still feels like I did something.

Pair these steak bites with mashed potatoes and green beans for a complete meal.

Key Ingredients for Air Fryer Steak Bites

  • Steak – Ribeye, sirloin, or filet all work here, depending on how tender or rich you want the bites. Try to get steak that doesn’t have much fat on it.
  • Olive Oil – Helps coat the steak and encourages browning in the air fryer.
  • Butter – Adds richness and gives the steak bites that garlic butter finish.
  • Garlic – Brings bold, savory flavor that works perfectly with steak.
  • Worcestershire sauce – Adds a tanginess and umami flavor.

Commonly Asked Questions

Can I add more seasoning?

Yes. Cajun seasoning, steak seasoning, smoked paprika, or red pepper flakes all work if you want more flavor.

How do I store and reheat leftover steak bites?

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat quickly in the air fryer at 350°F for 2 minutes. I also like to reheat in the microwave.

What should I serve with air fryer steak bites?

Serve them with mashed potatoes, rice, roasted vegetables, garlic butter green beans, or a salad.
