- 1 pound top sirloin steak sirloin, boneless rib eye, or filet
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted, divided
- 3 cloves garlic minced, divided
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Chopped fresh parsley
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
Cut the steak into bite sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce and half of the butter & garlic to the steak. Mix together well.
Air fry the steak for 5 minutes at 400 degrees, shake halfway through. Every air fryer cooks a bit differently so if it needs to be cooked more add it back in for a minute or two.
While the steak cooks, mix together the remaining butter & garlic with the parsley.
Serve immediately as it does not need to rest. Mix with the garlic & parsley butter. Eat and enjoy!
