How to make Texas roadhouse butter recipe

Start by adding softened butter to a mixing bowl. I like to leave the butter out for at least an hour or so to soften.

Beat the butter with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar to the bowl and blend that together.

Ingredients 

  • 8 oz whipped butter, unsalted, softened, or 2 quartered butter sticks
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 c powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Add the softened butter to a mixing bowl and beat with an electric hand mixer until smooth, light and fluffy. Push down the butter on the sides of the bowl when needed.
  • Then add the powdered sugar to the butter and mix again until blended.
  • Lastly, add the honey and cinnamon to the butter and beat again with the mixer until everything is combined. I like to use a spatula to smooth everything together.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container. It’s best served at room temperature.
