If there’s one dish that can win over any crowd, it’s baked BBQ chicken. The crispy skin holds that smoky, sweet barbecue sauce perfectly, while the meat stays tender and juicy. It’s one of those recipes that tastes like I’ve been working hard in the kitchen all day, but it’s shockingly easy to whip up.
