- 2 lbs Bone in skin on chicken thighs
- ¾ c greek yogurt
- ¼ c olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Turmeric powdered, ground
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon juiced
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Dill chopped
- 2 tbsp Honey
- ½ tbps olive oil
Mix together the yogurt, turmeric, olive oil, pepper, garlic and lemon juice. Place the chicken thighs in a ziploc bag or a bowl and pour the marinade over. Let marinate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Add the chicken to a baking dish. You don’t have to shake off the excess marinate.
In a small bowl or ramekin, mix together the red pepper flakes, paprika, salt, dill and honey. Brush the chicken with this mixture.
Bake the chicken for 50 minutes. The top should be golden brown and the internal temperature at 165 degrees.
Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
