Strawberry Overnight Oats

Creamy, delicious, and perfect for a meal prep breakfast. Made with strawberries, oats, and chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 ½ cups non dairy milk
  • c greek yogurt vanilla
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • Sliced strawberry for topping

Instructions

  • In a blender combine the frozen strawberries, milk, yogurt and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • In a large mixing bowl add the rolled oats, chia seed and flax seeds. Stir together and pour in the blended strawberry & milk combo. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer to individual jars or a large airtight container. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and up to overnight.
  • When ready to serve, add your favorite toppings. Eat and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe makes about 32 ounces aka 4 cups of overnight oats. Usually 8oz should be enough for 1 serving. 
For the chia seeds and flax seeds, feel free to omit either or. Just double up on one if you do. 
I like to use a protein greek yogurt for extra protein.
