- 1 cup strawberries frozen or fresh
- 1 ½ cups non dairy milk
- ⅓ c greek yogurt vanilla
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- Sliced strawberry for topping
In a blender combine the frozen strawberries, milk, yogurt and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
In a large mixing bowl add the rolled oats, chia seed and flax seeds. Stir together and pour in the blended strawberry & milk combo. Stir until well combined.
Transfer to individual jars or a large airtight container. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and up to overnight.
When ready to serve, add your favorite toppings. Eat and enjoy!
This recipe makes about 32 ounces aka 4 cups of overnight oats. Usually 8oz should be enough for 1 serving.
For the chia seeds and flax seeds, feel free to omit either or. Just double up on one if you do.
I like to use a protein greek yogurt for extra protein.
