- 2 ½ lbs snow crab legs frozen, ice rinsed off
- 3 cups water
In a large pot with a steamer basket or strainer insert, add the water.
Add in the crab legs in the pot and turn to heat to high. Cover and let the water come to a boil.
Once boiling, steam the crab legs for 10-15 minutes.
Remove and serve with clarified butter or my cajun butter sauce.
