Peach Dumplings

Sweet and buttery dessert with fresh peaches wrapped in crescent rolls.

Ingredients

  • 1 peach 8 slices
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 stick butter melted, unsalted
  • ¾ c brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ can lemon-lime soda

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 8x8 baking dish with butter.
  • Separate the crescent roll triangles then roll one peach in each triangle. Place into the baking dish.
  • In a small bowl mix together the butter, sugars, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the peach dumplings. I like to brush it on a little as well.
  • Pour the mixture into the sides of the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  • Serve warm, I like to add a little scoop of ice cream as well. East and enjoy!
