- 1 peach 8 slices
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 stick butter melted, unsalted
- ¾ c brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ can lemon-lime soda
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 8x8 baking dish with butter.
Separate the crescent roll triangles then roll one peach in each triangle. Place into the baking dish.
In a small bowl mix together the butter, sugars, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the peach dumplings. I like to brush it on a little as well.
Pour the mixture into the sides of the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Serve warm, I like to add a little scoop of ice cream as well. East and enjoy!
