Lychee Lemonade

- 20 oz lychee in syrup canned
- ¾ c lemon juice 4 lemons peeled
- ½ c white sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice
- Mint leaves for garnish
Add the can of lychees with the syrup in a blender with the lemon juice. Blend as much as possible. Strain the blended mix with a strainer into a pitcher.
Add the sugar and water to the pitcher. Stir to combine. Taste to see if you would like to add more sugar. Remember the sugar will settle and it will get sweeter.
Add the ice and mint leaves. Serve cold and enjoy!
