Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ c red onion diced
  • 3 tbsp dill chopped
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  • To a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix together until well combined. Use your hands to do this. Form into 1 inch sized meatballs.
  • Heat a large pan over medium heat with the olive oil. Once hot, add the meatballs and cook for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking and browning on all sides. Do this in batches if needed so the pan won't overcrowd.
  • I like to serve with tzatziki sauce, salad and sometimes pita bread. Eat and enjoy!
