- 1 lb ground turkey
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ c red onion diced
- 3 tbsp dill chopped
- 1 egg
- ½ c panko breadcrumbs
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- Tzatziki sauce
To a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix together until well combined. Use your hands to do this. Form into 1 inch sized meatballs.
Heat a large pan over medium heat with the olive oil. Once hot, add the meatballs and cook for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking and browning on all sides. Do this in batches if needed so the pan won't overcrowd.
I like to serve with tzatziki sauce, salad and sometimes pita bread. Eat and enjoy!
