Garlic Parmesan Wings
Crispy fried garlic parmesan wings tossed with fresh garlic, butter, Parmesan, and parsley. These wings are perfect for game day or whenever you have a craving.

Wings:
- 1 lbs chicken Wings drums & flats separated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Oil for frying canola, vegetable or peanut
Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
- ½ tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Pat dry the wings and remove any feathers. Add the wings to a mixing bowl. Season with all the seasonings and toss together.
Pour at least 2 inches deep of oil into a pan for frying. Heat the oil over medium high heat, once it reaches 350 degrees it’s ready. Fry the wings for twelve minutes, flipping every few minutes. Remove and let cool on paper towels.
While the wings cool, melt the butter over medium heat in a small saucepan. Add the garlic once melted and cook for thirty seconds stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Add the wings to a mixing bowl. Toss the wings in the garlic butter. Add parmesan cheese and parsley and toss.
Serve immediately, eat and enjoy!
