Easy Lobster Roll Recipe
This easy lobster roll recipe is packed with tender lobster meat, fresh herbs and a creamy lemony mayo blend, all served in buttery toasted buns.

- 1 lb cooked lobster meat
- 1 celery stalk finely diced
- ¼ c mayo
- 2 Scallions sliced
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- ½ tsp hot old bay seasoning or more to taste
- ½ tsp dill fresh & chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 split top hot dog buns
Chop the lobster meat into small bite sized pieces and add to a mixing bowl.
To the bowl add all the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat and melt the butter. Once the butter is melted, open the hot dog buns and lightly toast each.
Add the lobster mixture to the toasted buns until each is filled. Top with a little more old bay and lemon if you wish. Eat and enjoy!
