Cotton Candy Grape Sorbet Recipe
Sweet and refreshing, this cotton candy grape sorbet is a fun way to cool down on a hot day.

- 1 lb cotton candy grapes
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp white sugar
Wash grapes, remove from vine and freeze for at least 7 hours. I froze my grapes overnight to ensure they were extra rock solid.
In a blender or food processor add in frozen grapes and blend. Ever so often take a spatula to scrape down the sides and blend again.
Once the grapes won’t blend anymore add in the lime juice, water and sugar. Continue to blend until smooth.
Now you’re pretty much done. Transfer into a container, smooth it out, scoop and enjoy!
