Cheeseburger Sliders
These cheeseburger sliders are made with juicy ground beef, caramelized onions and melted cheese on soft buttery Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for parties, game day or lunch!

- 1 Yellow onion thinly sliced
- ½ tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Sliced cheese
- 1 pack Hawaiian rolls 12 rolls
- 2 tbsp Butter unsalted, melted
- Sesame seeds optional
Move one of the racks from your oven to the middle of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large pan, add the olive oil and melt butter over medium heat. Add in the onions and cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the pan and set aside.
To the same pan add the ground beef, turn the heat to medium high and brown the ground beef. Just brown, don’t worry about cooking all the way through. Drain the excess fat.
Then add the garlic powder, salt, pepper and & Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and cook for about 1 minute. Turn off the heat and set the pan aside.
Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half. Grease a baking sheet with butter or oil.
Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls on the tray. Top with the ground beef, onions and sliced cheese.
Add the tops on and press down a bit. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with the sesame seeds if using. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Serve with your favorite condiments on the side and enjoy!
