3-Ingredient Chia Pudding

This easy 3-ingredient chia pudding is the perfect breakfast or healthy snack. Just chia seeds, milk and honey is all you need.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ c oat milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • In a mason jar add the chia seeds, milk and honey. Stir together well, cover and place in the fridge. This is for one serving, repeat for additional jars!

  • After about 15 minutes, stir the mixture or shake because some of the seeds may have clumped together on the bottom.
