2tbspchia seeds
½coat milk or milk of choice
1tbsphoney
Instructions
In a mason jar add the chia seeds, milk and honey. Stir together well, cover and place in the fridge. This is for one serving, repeat for additional jars!
After about 15 minutes, stir the mixture or shake because some of the seeds may have clumped together on the bottom.
Leave overnight in the fridge and enjoy with your favorite toppings once ready.
