Fajita Marinade
This bold and citrusy fajita marinade is packed with fresh flavor, smoky spices and the perfect amount of heat. Ideal for shrimp, steak or chicken!

- ¼ c Cilantro chopped
- 1 jalapeno chopped
- 2 oranges juiced
- 3 limes juiced
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp guajillo chile powder
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- ½ tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together. Pour over your meat of choice and let marinate for at least an hour and up to overnight.
Great with steak, shrimp or chicken!
Marinate chicken and steak for at least 1 hour and up to overnight. Marinate shrimp for 30 minutes to an hour.
Make a sauce with the leftover marinate by bringing it to a boil and letting the liquid reduce by half.
This recipe will work on 1.5-2lbs of meat.
