Chipotle Marinade
This chipotle marinade can be prepped ahead of time and used on any protein for super a convenient and insanely delicious dinner.

- 1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 7 ounce can! use only 2-3 of the peppers if you don't want it too spicy, it will be spicy if you blend up all the peppers
- Lime juiced
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp coriander ground
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender until smooth.
This will last up to 5 days in the fridge. I like to pour it over a protein and let it marinate for 24 hours then cook. It’s great on shrimp, chicken and steak.
